No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any items.

Store Credit Exchange

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to exchange it for store credit of equal value. Items will not be replaced or substituted with a different product — store credit will be issued instead, which can be used toward any future purchase on our site.

How to Request an Exchange

To request a store credit exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or defective item
• A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Sale items and swimwear are final sale and are not eligible for store credit exchange
• Store credit does not expire and can be applied at checkout
